I am trying to report shop that I did an hour ago, after 30 minutes just got ionto 6th page

At what point do you stop spinning your wheels and send an email to the Help Desk? I don't make multiple attempts to enter reports or wait five minutes per page for them load. So far everything has been hunky dory as long as I document my attempts and any error messages.

I tried a few times, then left. I just came back and tried again and it is still not working. At this point, even though there message says NOT to e-mail the help desk, I did, using their help feature,
As someone said earlier in the thread, I think it is a good idea, to have proof you contacted them, with a problem, just in case.
I reported to them and got that in reply: "We wanted to let you know that we are experiencing high volume as we usually do this time of month. We will get to your email as soon as possible, but we are currently running at a 20-hour response time."
So if I will wait for 20 hours for reply I will be late with my report. They hacve 12 hours time frame to report shops! I am still working on that report after 1 hour: I did not get even 10% of report..yet

The error message said "If you continue to get this message, please contact. . ." Which is what I did. I also added that I have dinner plans, and if they fix the bug, I will submit my report tomorrow.

Actually Gene, you have 8 hours to report the shop, but the messages say we will not be penalized for this. After-all, it has been almost 8 hours now and no-one has been able to submit their shops (that I know of). smiling smiley

I got my report through, but it took 8 hrs to do it.

Wow, I just submitted one that took only a bit longer than usual for the pages to load. I wouldn't have noticed a problem if I hadn't read all of the above and the message on the site. Maybe it's been fixed, but mine went through just fine.

Thank you MsJudi, it is working for me now, too, it started out slower than normal, but seems to be picking up speed as I go along.
