ATH 3/16 Answer from ATH about payment.

Many of my completed jobs say PAID ON 03/10/2016, but there is nothing at Bill.com and there is nothing in my bank account. Anyone else experiencing the same? Usually I get a message from Bill.com alerting me to funds being transferred but I have not heard anything. I contacted Ath Power but have not received a reply.

Same for me... my notes indicate that payment usually hits on the 13th or 14th, so I figure I won't start to be concerned until tomorrow or Wednesday.

I am experiencing the same problem. On March 10th, I emailed the person responsible for executing payments. She wrote back on that day and explained that she had been out due to illness. She assured me that she would release pay on the 10th. Also, she said that I should expect an email the following day from Bill.com referencing the deposit date. Nothing yet. I am hopeful.
Mine says the same thing. I am a new shopper with them so I am waiting on a check. How long does that take?
And, same for me. I emailed Ath on Sunday and got an email back today saying they are investigating this with Bill.com. I checked with Bill.com today and they have nothing from Ath. Rut-roh!
I still haven't gotten paid yet either. This makes me really angry. Shoppers depend on payments as income. Shopper's can't submit shops even a day late but they can pay whenever and if they feel like it.
I signed on to Bill.com late last night and saw that the payment had posted. I received an email today. According to the email, the funds will be available in my account tomorrow, 3/16/2016. Hopefully, this applies to everyone.
No email for me, and I just checked Bill.com, which shows no payment yet from Ath. sad smiley

Nothing yet. This is very odd. The first time in 8 years that I have had any type of payment issue with Ath Power.

Ath only puts in your log received. There can be a few completed also. I checked back to 2011 and all just stated received, no completed. You will only hear from them if they have a question, which is rare if the shop is done to their standards.

Ath pays Bill Pay on the 10th of the month. Bill pay takes about 5 days to put the fees into your account.

Me too. Bill.com has nothing. You think they would recognize the problem and be proactive. You do not mess with peoples pay..,
I don't have Bill.com but usually get an email stating the check has been sent. Nothing this month. Not good.
Same boat here my one shop due says paid on 3/10/16 on log but did not get payment from bill.com or any emails.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I just checked Bill.com again and it's telling me I will be paid on the 17th. Imagine if I submitted a report a week late! Still, this is the first time I've run into payment problems with Ath, so I'll give them a pass.

That's not my experience with them. I usually have an email from Bill.com by the 8th or 9th saying I'll be paid on the 10th (or the 9th, in a few cases!) and Bill.com has the money in my bank account usually by the 10th, but maybe the 11th if the 10th is a Sunday.

I did my first shops with them last month. They normally send you an email when the checks are being sent?
The last time I received a payment from Ath, it was in the form of a check. My log shows that I was paid on March 10, but I have not received payment as of yet. I was sent an email inviting me to join bill.com but I am hesitant. How do most of you get paid by Ath? Thanks.
I have been using Bill.com for several years. It is also how Sentry pays me. I have never had a problem. That being said, it seems that Ath Power is unusually slow to pay many people this month. {Your Ath Power check is actually prepared and mailed by Bill.com]

Assuming shopper8 has quoted the written payment terms, your previous payments were actually early and this one is only two days late, not a week.

Just went back and reviewed previous emails from Bill.com. The past several months, I received the email on the 7th and funds were in my account by the 10th. This month still no email and no deposit. Yesterday I called ath and left a message asking for a call back with payment status...no call as of yet.
Yes, I recall getting e-mail alerts about payments.

I think (this is from memory, so don't quote me) that the actual payment policy is that the payment is issued at the end of the month and may take up to 10 days (hence the 10th) for the check to arrive. If you're being paid by Bill.com, it takes a similar amount of time (at least in my experience) for the payment to make its way over to you. I still don't have any notice from Ath about the delay and Bill.com still doesn't show any pending payments. Since Ath is a few hundred buck in debt to me, I've been waving off new jobs with them. I'm sure they'll get it squared away, but I'll wait until they pay according to our agreement before I'll take on any additional work. I hope they resolve it soon, I like them and want to do more work for them!

This is the email I received from the ATH payment scheduler.

"I am checking with accounting as to why that direct deposit has not occurred. In the meantime, I will make sure Bill.com releases it and you will receive the pay confirmation email from them this week."

I will keep everyone up to date.
