Ardent Services....so far so good!

Because of the long, failed, narrative-heavy report, I never picked up extra burrito shops while out on routes. Now that the report will be shorter, I will more than likely be eating some burrito bowls while out on the road. Ardent is a terrific company with which to work.

SEVEN shops! There must be a lot of shoppers in my area. I'd be assigned two each month, which got cut down to one this month.

It's fine when they have only a handful assigned this month but before they cut down on shops I was at a point where I was assigned to do seven different (restaurants) in one month.
To be fair, these seven shops were between their bigger, national client, and the local burger chain others have referred to (and unlike the national client, which was shopped twice a month, the burger joint needed to be shopped once a week). Still, up until they slowed down, I would do about four or five mexican food places and two to four burger joints in a given month.

Unfortunately the burger place has suspended its mystery shopping program in New York until June, which means I'm doing like a quarter of my work for Ardent as I normally do.

Unfortunately the "Burger place" only does things quarterly right now. That may change, but probably not till later this year.

Also, the Asian place is still fine tuning their process, so until they know what they want us to look for we can't shop them. Hopefully soon. I know Ardent really wants the work.

Ive been working with them over a year. Theyve just slightly lowered thier pay but its still a good gig. Good luck!
I love working for Ardent and the training was great for both of their clients. I travel a lot so to do eight a month is minimum for me, but it surely helps to cut the cost of meals on the road. I don't mind the reporting, for either client. The money turnover is fine. Michelle is great and works to accommodate my traveling schedule. I am SO glad I have a portable office- laptop, scanner and printer that fits in one bag!
