February 2016 payment is considerably over due. It is now 2nd April and no payment has been received. I have made 6 attempts to make contact but my emails and web messages are being ignored.
Is it normal for their editors to sit on reports for a month? I completed a shop in early March and this weekend received a text message saying they'd emailed me for additional information. There is no recent email from them. It's been a day since I wrote asking what information they need and neither my scheduler or someone from the Enquiry queue has replied. I'm concerned about what this delay in editing will mean for my payment, plus reading on the forums, I'm just plain concerned about payments.
