Market Force Payments

Does Market Force work under another company? I keep getting paid and I have NO idea what it is for. Also does anyone find that you get your shop fee then it takes a long time to get the reimbursement fee?

Market Force pays you roughly every 30 days, usually between the 10th and 15th of the month, if you elect to have it directly deposited into your bank account. They will send paper checks (that are sent out later than direct deposit) but they prefer you use direct deposit.

When you say you keep getting paid, what do you mean? How is it paid to you? Does it show a ledger from whom it was from? Can you be a little more specific, making sure you are not being sent fake checks here.

And as for sending you the fee and sending you the reimbursement (separately) , the ONLY time this is done is in the state of Nevada. Market Force pays your reimbursements via your bank account and the Mystery Shopping Company you are employed by in Nevada, sends you your fees via direct deposit. (Not all mystery shopping companies in Nevada pay you this way but Market Force does) The fees are different in Nevada. A shopper may make $6 for his/her fee but in Nevada, your fee is usually $12 or higher because your income is taxed as an employee.

Please elaborate further about your pay checks you are receiving....
Thank you for the response. They do a direct deposit. I keep a spreadsheet indicating the company I performed for, date, reimbursement, etc. I keep getting payments from Market Force and I can't figure out what their for. I have been paid to-date. Guess, I need to contact them. Thank you again.

Log in to your MF Shopper Home Page. Under Shopper Payments, click Payment History. Your bank info is listed at the top, followed by a list of direct deposits with dates and amounts. Click on one and it lists all the assignments you are being paid for in that deposit, breaking out the reimbursement and the fee for each, with a total. Below that, you can see a year to date breakout of what you have earned for the year.
Historically I have found that the payment on or about the 10th of the month covers fee and reimbursement for every shop completed the previous month. They seem to do a good job of even getting jobs done on the last day of the month in the payment for the month. Jay C gave you a great reference for seeing exactly what you are being paid for. I find that 'discrepancies' arise mostly when they indicate a reimbursement of 'up to $X', I spend less than $X and I forget to adjust my spreadsheet to show the actual reimbursement to be expected. Birthday bonuses need to have been emailed to them to alert them you were expecting the additional amounts, so if you did some of those and didn't notify them, your bonuses may be missing.
Would it have anything to do with payment for Certified Field Associates? They are also under MFI, although they do have separated payments, as in my case, check by mail not DD.
There are actually two MF companies. One does mystery shops for fast food restaurants, gas stations, phones, etc. the other, which used to go under the name Certified, mainly does theater checks. There is a different login on for each branch and I assume the payments are handled separately. I haven't done the theater checks in a long while so can't give you more info but I'm sure others will do so. Perhaps that is where some of the direct deposits are coming from.
