Do you see any shops listed at all? Either way, can't hurt to call them. I saw no shops at all, they said some emails were bounced so I was automatically blocked from seeing shops.

Today I received an email from a scheduler for a shop with an increased fee. She said it was not in the job listings and I had 12 hours to respond.

I noticed at least 20 in my area waaaay back past the 150 gas stations.
I just emailed them. It would be a surprise if I was removed since everything was always done correctly. I was checking as I have seen another discussion that they could be changing MSC.
Every time I do one of these, the crew and restaurant is essentially perfect. i'm beginning to wonder if you know who is going to start thinking I am being easy on them. All kidding aside from what I have seen with this chain, is a textbook example of how mystery shopping once a week (pretty much) can keep an individual store on their toes.

They are one of the few that actually fix issues when reported. I visit a hedgehog every few weeks. The last 3 months the restroom door will not lock, the toilet handle is not connected and the water pressure barely get the soap of your hands. A few weeks ago I was contacted for more details after a dispute. I was denied payment and do not plan on going back, at least until the bonus makes up for it.
I don't do Five Guys often but there was a discussion a while back about how good the milkshakes were. My location didn't have a milkshake machine at the time. 
So they finally got a milkshake machine. I logged on to the MSC's website and was excited there was a shop available. I took it. Then I read that milkshakes were not a required purchase anymore. I could purchase one but they would not be reimbursed. I am always late for stuff like this....lol

Um, please check as there are plenty of shops listed where the milkshake is optional and includes the reimbursement.

BubbaBubba, in another thread you described yourself as an educated experienced professional so I'm sure you realize how important contractual agreements are. When mystery shoppers register with mystery shopping companies, they are required to sign Independent Contractor Agreements (ICA). Most ICAs have a confidentiality clause that prohibits its independent contractors from revealing the names of its clients or any proprietary information.
I see them every week in Socal. I never see a milkshake shop anymore though.
Sorry for bursting your bubble Bubbabubba but the burger joint was named in the title of the thread so there can be no disclosure of the MSC. Anyone who did so would not only be breaking their ICA but also the rules of the forum and pretty quickly a whole bunch of us would be contacting the Moderator to prevent the forum getting into hot water.
Sometimes milkshakes are a requirement, just not all the time. I agree with others, every time I have been in the place, things are done correctly or being corrected while I dine. Pay isn't great but if you like the food, take the work!

I've never seen a bonus in my area. I don't eat beef so I'm stuck with the veggie sandwich which is not that great.

I actually got tired of the burgers (after doing three shops in the past week before that one!), and had a veggie sandwich. Mine was excellent! But that could be because all the veggies were cooked to perfection (not too raw, not too limp), the toppings were in the right amount, and I skipped the cheese. I'll have another one there at some point, on a shop or not!
