Gap Busters...HELP ME!!!!!

Can someone please help me. I did a shop tonight for the first time. I am having trouble with identifying the Paperwork code. What is that?? i have put so many numbers and it isn't working.

Help please...i have to go to bed in an hour. thank you

yeah i found it. i had a horrible case of dry eye and i was seeing digits wrong. after i calmed down...i saw it.
