Is anyone else experiencing issues logging in to the shopper website? ...I have been trying all morning from various devices. Nothing seems to work.

nope...cannot access the "get paperwork" portion of their website and here is the message from them in response to my inquiry,..

Some of you might encounter an issue with the availability of shop paperwork this morning. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve. If you run into this issue today, no need to email the help desk about it. We're working to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. "
Luckily when a scheduler called early this morning I indicated I would do the shop tomorrow, which left her less than thrilled. Paperwork has not been available all day and it took them a while to post there was a problem. The email response to my email to the Help Desk was that they are 10 hours behind in getting to emails. Unfortunately it is a shop that changes each time so I can't perform it without seeing the specific paperwork.
Still not working in my area. I had already downloaded guidelines so I had no problem doing a shop and I was able to enter it and submit the CPI with no problems. I still have not been able to submit the receipts.
Anyone else able to download paperwork? This is becoming a big problem for me now since I have so many shops scheduled for tomorrow. I keep masters of the paperwork but have 4 scheduled where I really need to know the department I am supposed to shop. I thought by this morning they would have had it fixed.

I seem to be able to do everything except download paperwork. Viewing, accepting, and rescheduling shops works fine. Reporting and uploading photos, validating the CPI, and submitting receipts works. I still can't access paperwork for any shops.
It started slowing down while doing my reports. It kind of reminded me of the situation we had a month ago. But it sped back up. smiling smiley
