Twenty four hours is twenty four hours. If you complete your shop at 7:00 pm Monday evening, you have until 7:00pm Tuesday evening to submit your shop. HSB is one of the 24 hour submits.

BTW, the 12 hour or midnite deadline, is the time based on where the shop is preformed, ask the SeeLevel HX reps.grinning smiley
Awesome news! I got bogged down with shops and companies and did some last minute super bonus'ed shops and couldn't find everyone's guidelines quick enough. Thanks so much.
btw I just found this info, since these companies have merged:

Service Sleuth has changed their policy from a 24 hour submit time to a 12 hour submit time.

Peeps may know this already.
Did they then change their payment from 4-months-don't-forget-to-chase-it to "only" 2 months?

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.

I think you may be confusing MSCs. I have worked for them for years and I have never had to chase a payment. They do take 2-3 months but I have no prob with that. I believe it is what is posted on their website.
Who does wordsmith pros think they are?
They took a VERY bad thing that happened out of my report AND gave me a 9/10.
I left a photo out and they opened the report up to me to upload it. I re-read it, just in case.
I didn't put the info back in but it's a pretty significant error on the part of the shop.
I'm over the horror of it though. Just because I saw the results of the 'editing' of this one
doesn't mean the same kind of 'fixing' doesn't go on regularly, I guess.
I do not know if HS Brands/ Service Sleuth/ Mershimer Group is 12 or 24 hour deadline. In my experience it is always the time zone of where the shop takes place. I can say this if it is in by 7 AM with most msps either don't notice or don't care. There are a few who do and will ding you by reducing pay from the shop if not in by midnight but HS Brands is not one of them. Hope this helps.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

What horror? You were hired to do a job and full out a report. You will get paid by HS Brands for doing that. The report belongs to them. They can add info, remove info, make corrections, or ask questions. Once you submit the report, it belongs to them and they can do whatever they want with it.
But why would they remove a serious error from a report? I guess it's true that some clients don't want to hear the truth and will not be happy with a MSC for forwarding a report with negativity in it. Makes me wonder my they waste their money on hiring MSCs since all they apparently want is good news.

Since we don't know the whole story, it is impossible to reasonably determine the why. We know only what spicy told us. She says that a serious error was removed. Perhaps she is incorrect and it was not a serious error. Perhaps it was not completely explained so it was removed. There can be a lot of reasons why information was removed or was added.

As far as I am concerned, as long as I get paid, I don't care what the MSC does to the report. It's theirs to do with as they please. I don't work for the client, I work for the MSC. It's the MSC who works for the client.

I submit my report. I get paid. Whatever goes on between the MSC and the client is between them.
It was a service shop and they gave me the keys to someone else's car.

Prior to moving to the City I live in now, I only worked for 3 companies and two private eyes.

Now, I guess I'm experiencing the world you folks have been living in and so maybe now I understand why there is such seething gas in some of the mainland volcanos. $9 shops that take two hours, Shops that say easy and are not even close, leaving out a photo on a $75 shop and being told they won't let you go get a photo and denying the whole shebang......no wonder! I don't take those shops and haven't been denied payment for a report yet, but I look forward to it.

The OP has a track record in this forum of posting exaggerated and/or inaccurate information. She herself has edited many of her posts before a moderator has beat her to it. With that kind of track record, I am sure that we are not hearing the whole story. But that is just my opinion based on previous examples.

Don't worry. Your wish will come true.
@risinghorizon, I think this might be what you are looking for.

Jacob, can you remove this thread? You can see where they are taking it, again.

Mod note: Then quit being nasty to forum members!!!!! YOU are the one "taking it" to a bad place!
@spicy1, quit your whining and take some responsibility. What happened to the idea of you changing your forum name and reinventing yourself on the forum? I thought you were going to start using the toggle feature. We are still waiting...

You start belly-aching every time someone disagrees with you or posts something that you don't want to hear. And there is nothing wrong with including a forum link to the General Chat area where there is a thread to post recipes.

Mod note: While you are spot on with your point, the lollipop reference has been removed

To all forum members: While it is easy to get caught up in the drama some people seem to cause, please don't go down the way of personal attacks, thus baiting some people even further. This thread is being closed since the question has been answered.
