I'm still waiting for my March shops check to arrive. Is anyone else still waiting for payment. Check was supposedly mailed May 4 but still has not arrived. This was my first set of shops for them and they are not responding to emails. I'm going to call but I was wondering if anyone shops for them regularly and if they are slow to issue checks like a couple other MSCs have been.

How did this work out for you TexGmn? My April shops are showing "Paid" as of 6/5/16, but I haven't seen the check yet. I'm wondering at what point I start to worry.

OK. Does anyone out there have contact info for this MSC? I sent an email via their main webpage with no response. I sent an email via the Help/Contact link, but that goes to the scheduler and I'm not confident she will be able to help me. Any other ideas? Does anyone have a phone number for the payroll or accounting department or a better email address to use?

Did you end up getting paid? I'm in the same boat. It says that I was paid on 8/7/16 but I haven't seen a payment.

Oh yes, I did but they said it takes a week after the pay date to get the check. They pay only by check. I did another shop and it took a week after the pay date for it to arrive. Their cycle seems to be a 45-60 day cycle.

I was paid, too. They had a small accounting snafu in May that caused those checks to be a little late, but everything was sorted out pretty quickly.
