GSC Field Research problem (Subdevision of Intouch Insight)

I am trying to get into my account, I can't remember my password, the reset doesn't work.

I wrote an e-mail to contractor.support@intouchinsight.com, last time it took 3 days to be bounced back, and tried again got told I was generating SPAM.

Anyone know how to get in touch with these guys via another means?

I found this phone number in an email from a couple of months ago. Honestly, I don't know if it is a general number or a direct line to one of the schedulers. (800) 734-5213
