Maritz QA Email

Anyone else get this email? I assume it's a blanket email to all shoppers for one of their programs. Apparently all of us can only schedule by phone for a while. Good luck with that Maritz.

Just checked - nothing from Maritz. Perhaps it's a project I don't do for them. Of course you can not now mention the client as the MSC company has been mentioned.
Without being too specific, the issue is apparently about shoppers not reporting discrepancies on their audits and/or mystery shops. Maritz says they sent out their own people to locations and found long standing discrepancies that were not being reported.

This is a Quality Assurance review. I received it many times and always assumed it was an Email blast for their specific gas station client, sent to all of their shoppers. The Email states that if you have any questions, call them.

I have not seen anything regarding scheduling only by phone. Maybe you should reread your Email.

I'm not certain of "longstanding issues" their investigators have found. When I've performed my shops, I'm lenient of obvious recent weather damage that cannot be repaired in the dead of winter. OTOH, obvious issues that are never repaired or a result of negligence, I have always addressed.

IMO, they should be specific to the shopper who is not reporting those "long standing issues".

Ok I reread my email as you suggested. This is what it says "We will be monitoring all data for quality assurance. You are still eligible for the program by calling in and scheduling shops through our office until the quality assurance has been completed.". That's what I said in my original post.

You also said in your first post that you believe it is a blanket e-mail to all shoppers for that program. I could be wrong, but that is not how it sounds. It sounds as though this is an e-mail specifically to you as an individual shopper telling you that you are still eligible for the program by calling in and scheduling shops through their office but that you can not self schedule at this point.
I checked again - nothing from Maritz. I tend to agree with roflwofl. It seems directed to you rather than a blast. You might try a phone call to the scheduler(s) of the team for the shop. Chances are they don't know much but sometimes you can get some insight.

That's why I posted here to see if others received the same email. The email seems to be addressed to all shoppers in this particular program and not just me as it says "As we continue to work to meet the client’s expectations, there are occasional times we find that some of the shoppers are overlooking non-compliant standards." If it was directed just at me, you would think they would tell me the specifics of what I did wrong on which particular shop.
