International Service check review

Stupid interface. We need to insert a time picture in the photo, which automatically have GPS-coordinates and three timestamps in the own file (time of a shooting, creating the file and modifying the file). Middle Ages of the computer era.

Not evaluator-friendly approach to work with wage worker. Canceling report due to every little mistake. Waste time and lost money.

Most supervisor shows The Big Boss to evaluators. Don't do any business with that company.

Count your money and time before ask to make evaluation due to the very low tariff. Trust me: it'll be better to find any other mystery shopping company.

Sorry you had problems. It sounds like a good plan for you to not do business with International Service Check since your interaction with them does not sound successful. It's upsetting when something happens to make a shopper unsuccessful and unpaid, but that does not mean no one else should do business with them.

I like the company very much and I highly recommend them. I do a lot of last-minute bonused shops that are well worth it to me. I have never had a problem with their software, and I never get any questions from the editor. They pay quickly and like clockwork. I wish they had a job board I could self-schedule on, but instead they send e-mails, to which I reply when the bonus sounds good, and the scheduler schedules me.

Kudos to International Service Check - easy shops, good bonuses, reasonable reports, easy editing, nice schedulers, on-time payment. Works for me. Highly recommend!
"Not evaluator-friendly approach to work with wage worker. Canceling report due to every little mistake."

This may be part of the issue. We are not wage workers. We are expected to submit work without mistakes and do not get paid for just showing up like an employee might. What we deem to be a "little" mistake may actually skew the data as to make it unusable.

I'm not even sure I totally understand the original post.

But I like ISC and haven't had any problems with them, other than once when the reporting software was really glitchy. I've had editing comments/questions just twice--once to give me very helpful comments on what to cover in the narrative and once to ask for a clarification and to compliment me on my report. I think their personnel are polite and responsive (although given the time-zone difference in some cases, the responses aren't always timely).

They pay when they say they will, and although the shops they have available in my area don't pay very much, they're usually not difficult shops. I wish they had more near me!

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
I like them as well. I was asked to do a shop in a neighboring city and it was not the easiest shop I've done. I emailed the scheduler and told her some of the things I ran across and she bonused me another $7.00. I was happy that the outcome matched the time involved in doing this shop. Kudos to them!
This must be a new requirement. I haven't shopped for them in a while but a friend made it so that my pictures wouldn't capture GPS coordinates. I am not active on social media in the sense that I interact with friends and relatives, but I do interact on social forums where I upload pictures that I take. A member of one of the groups had an internet stalker who found out where she lived after she posted a photo of her pet.

So....marymk, welcome to the forum. You just signed up today and have posted twice, both complaints. The post I am quoting was posted in the wrong place, the Kudos forum, NOT the place for complaints, and it was also posted under Service Check which is a different company than International Service Check.

Are you complaining about BOTH Service Check AND International Service Check? Or are you complaining about only one company and you don't realize they are two different companies. Please let us know which company you are complaining about. It would help if you gave us more information so we understand why you were unsuccessful. Maybe we can help you understand what went wrong and offer ideas to help you become more successful.

Btw, BOTH Service Check and International Service Check are great companies.

Please go to the Introductions area and introduce yourself. Let us know how long you have been mystery shopping and how experienced you are. Are there companies that you like? How many companies do you work with? How many successful shops have you completed?

People are idiots. They post details of their daily life to be archived on FB thinking that nothing will ever happen to them. It's not difficult to find out where most people live. The requirement to post your "real" name is an invitation to stalking, theft, and other maladies.

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.
Many of my Facebook friends post photos of their vacations in real time. That's just like a huge flashing neon sign saying "I'm not home!"

The person I am speaking of was not stalked via facebook. This was on a forum that was one a website dedicated to a specific topic. She was an active poster, but didn't share much personal information. The picture of her pet led her stalker to her home because he was able to see the GPS coordinates hidden within the photo. I had a friend turn mine off after that and haven't had an issue with any MSC accepting my photos.
English as a second language could be an issue here.
I'm doing my first shop for them tomorrow.

My opinion about ISC: Not evaluator-friendly approach to work with wage worker. Canceling report due to every little mistake. Waste time and lost money. Most supervisors show The Big Boss to evaluators. Don't do any business with that company. I was worked for this company. Better find any other in mystery shopping business.

So far all four of your posts are simply to slam ISC and this one is even identical to one two months ago. Several things are obvious. 1. You have an ax to grind. 2. You have no clue how to write well. 3. The company was justified not to pay you since you made mistakes. 4. You won't take responsibility for your own mistakes. 5. You have this odd idea you are an employee who should just get paid for showing up. 6. You have not yet realized most of us do not give a rat's patoot and have no desire to read the same drivel over and over.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

You shared this same opinion two months ago. Now you are back to repeat yourself, and your writing skills are no better than last time. Your writing is not reader-friendly and your posts don't make much sense. Why tell us over and over? Get over it and find something else to do than bash a good company anonymously with no details.
Here's a link to the last time you posted this exact same opinion, a couple months ago:

You got some good responses. Did you even bother to read the responses? Or do you just want to repeatedly bash ISC while hiding behind anonymity? Accept responsibility. You made mistakes and you didn't get paid. You are the problem, not ISC.

Of course, this is my personal opinion and my personal experience with this company. But you can find a lot of negative reviews on the Internet about ISC (try "ISC fraudulent company" or something else), especially in Latin America, India or Russia as in my case.
And of course, no any business with ISC, because there are many other companies.

If you want the details, all right. I made 10 pictures instead of 2 and sent 3 (maximum). The manager called me at work and asks to replace the photo; I said that I can't do it right now, and my check was canceled. At home, I have suggested other photos, but the manager could nothing to do with the canceled report. In other companies, such problems can be solved in seconds.

Sorry, all other posts were published in one day so there is a high probability of trolling. See my answers to two previous replicas.
Sorry, next time I'll post something else about working with SW of this company. Please wait.
