Pinnacle Approval

Can anyone tell me how hard of a grader Pinnacle is? I'm about to do my first shop with them and saw that if you get a 10, you get self assign rights. I really want to get a ten! If they are a hard grader, does anyone have any tips? I searched for this, but all I could find was a couple years old.

Amathya, I've done one shop for them. My report for the shop, I wrote the narrative in a way that answered each question. I received an email from the editor telling me that the report was great, and she did not need clarification in any of the areas.

I did a banking shop for them about 4 years ago....I was as thorough as I could be in the reporting, and got all the documentation required, and got a grade of 10. Just be sure to give them all the details and facts in a cohesive manner, and you will do fine! Good luck!!

Done a handful of jobs all 10's. Follow guidelines and right good reports you will be getting 10's.

Congratulations! I signed up with them over a year ago, but they never seem to have anything in my area, so I haven't done a shop for them yet..

It's a good company to work for. They are fair and have good communication.

I shop one Bank for them and they are a stand up company. I get a 10 every time, and think the detail's they expect are fair. You know what your getting into, I recommended them.

I agree with type others here. Pinnacle is a decent company to shop for. Just follow the instructions for each shop.

And they graded decently quick, too! I can't wait for more in my area!

Just did a bank shop for them yesterday. Emailed for fees to be refunded will close account in 14 days or so. Then will wait for a new one and do the shop over again. There are a few locations in my shopping area.
