Any problems communicating with HS Brands (Service Sleuth)?

That means you aren't letting the page fully download before tying to log in. Go to the login page and let it sit for a few minutes, then login. So annoying I know but that will fix it. I too get no response from them when I email, even when it's a question about the shop. Still waiting for payment on my early October shops. Considering not shopping for them any more.

I have a difficult time logging in keeps saying "cookies something" I have to try 3 times or more. They are not responsive with email, but I haven't had to write... since I love two of their shops and will work for them in Vegas, will deal with it.

HS Brands/Service Sleuth website gives an error message about Javascript if you don't let the log in page fully load.

Before you hit the "go" button on their log in screen, check the browser tab (where it says Shopper Login) to make sure the page isn't still loading. If the page is still loading, you'll see a circular arrow spinning. Wait for that to stop before hitting "go."
Not long ago, HS Brands put out a request for shoppers to help with a special project with one of their oil change clients, and a resume was requested as part of the application. Done. Never heard a peep back, despite my repeated emails and calls. Not even a courtesy email. Nothing, and I have a 9+ shopper rating. So I deactivated them. Why did they ask for a resume is anyone's guess. This, combined with their slower-than-molasses-in-January payment history, has completely turned me off to this MSC. There are better MSC's....

Your payment may not be due to January, 2017????. HSB/SS is a 45-90 day payout. The pay is by PayPal. More shops for me if you chose not to shop any more for themsmiling smiley
I recently had to fill out papers to work for them in Vegas, they responded immediately and were through and
productive. Maybe the OP has her/his own problems. I think it a bad idea to slam an MSC for one job, you
may have more to learn first.
