Ardent - Administrative Issue

I am hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction. I am interested in following up with Ardent regarding the training that they are offering at a popular store in my area. I seem to vaguely remember applying with them long ago in a place far away. When I went to their site last night and filled out the shopper application, it told me that my email address was already on file with them - so I HAD previously signed up with them! I moved to the sign in page. When I tried to sign in, it told me I was using an incorrect email address. I tried using the "Forgot Password?" link, but I never received instructions in my email. To top it off, I cannot find an email address for help anywhere on their sight! There is a contact page that I found through a search engine, but that is obviously for prospective clients, not shoppers. Can someone help me?

Ardent allows you to sign up, but they do not issue a password and allow you to log into the site until you have completed the training. If you received an e-mail about training, then you are in their database. Respond to the e-mail with the address/date of the training you want to attend. If they have space available in that training, you will receive an e-mail confirming that you will be able to attend the training and they will e-mail you training materials to bring with you to the training.

After completing training, a new shopper's account is activated and the shopper can then log into the Ardent website. Corey corresponds with the new shopper to collect any information still needed and to request bank information. Ardent pays by direct deposit.
The training is totally worth it.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I attended a training this week, and it is definitely worth it and gives you a fresh perspective on the clients for which we shop. After you reply to a training email you receive, you will need to be patient, because the scheduler may not let you know right away that you are confirmed. In fact, you may be approaching the training date and wondering if they will EVER contact you about it. They eventually do! ...at least they did in my case. smiling smiley

I applied to Ardent about 6 months ago. Got an email about 3 weeks ago inviting me to a training session. I enjoyed the heck out of it and learned a lot about a QSR that I had often patronized but knew little about the behind-the-scenes. Only problem is, it will be about 3 weeks after the training that I do my first shop so some of the fine-points might have been forgotten by then. They do a bunch of training all over the country in one batch. (I would guess the trainer or two hit the road for a couple of weeks of one-night stands to do as many training sessions as was on the schedule.) It would be impossible for all the MSCs to do this, but it really did help point out the what's and why's of the evaluation.
