Albatross did not pay

STILL MISSING PAYMENT - They do not even have a phone number where a shopper could call and ask for the status of payment. I questioned them via email about a missing payment, and they wrote back and asked why I did not submit a report. That was the end of it. I DID submit a report, and there were not any editing requests from the company at the time. I would not trust them. Someone definately monkeying around with that website.

Also, the website's "search for shops near you" comes up with 90% international addresses, so they have some real problems.

You need to input your state (if you are in the USA) and then have the website "update the filter" each time. I questioned this about a week ago. They are an international company and many of the countries do not have zip codes so if you just leave your info with zip codes only then you get all locations outside the US.

After working with Albatross for about three years, I'm very surprised to hear this. For me, they have always been great issuing payments quickly. For purchase required shops, I usually see reimbursements arrive within 10 days.

Whenever I have had questions about payment, I've emailed the project scheduler (from either Albatross or the scheduling company) and they've been quick to respond.
I think the latest I have ever been paid for a job with albatross is 3 weeks.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I was just paid, and opted to have the fee donated to charity. I did not realize it was the reimbursement end of things (much higher) but for a good cause I suppose!
Thanks for the info. This will fix all of the Shop Metrics sites I am struggling with.
