Do you have a MSPA Silver certification or higher? I perform several jobs for them on a monthly basis but they require certification for self-scheduling. Maybe you can not see certain jobs due to a lack of certification.@guysmom wrote:
After checking through the Search feature, all posts for Consumer Insight that I could find were closed, so I had to start this one.
Can anyone tell me if Consumer Insight still uses the Sassie platform?? I ask because even when checking for jobs through the whole US, there isn't a job listed anywhere. So it made me wonder if they've changed platforms.
Thanks in advance.

Which state? Maybe one of us can look in that area. If we can see the shops but you can't then there is something wrong.@guysmom wrote:
Yes, I am MSPA Silver Certified, but still no shops in my area!! Maybe they only concentrate in particular areas. I am in the South. I'll just keep checking periodically.

I just did one of their simple shops requiring a photo of a certain display and a product. I did the same shop a few months a go with no issues. This time both the display and the product were not there. The Sassie form and the guidelines do not address how to handle this issue. I did take two pictures of the general area where the product should have been stocked and emailed the scheduler. I have another one of these shops today. The scheduler replied that I need to take the pictures but was not specific. It's hard to take pictures of something that's not there!

You did what I would have done. In addition to taking a photo of the general area where the missing display should be, I would take a time-stamped photograph of the front of the store. If I could get a picture that included the address, I would feel more comfortable, just to prove I was in the right location at the right store, just in case of a challenge from the manager or whoever.

A picture of the front of the store is required and Geoverify as well. Of course I did all of that.

I have done the one which requires a photo of the general display and the specific product. Sometimes, even the general display is hard to find. Add that the stores seem to move the general display from one part of the store to another from month to month. After I give up and conclude that the general display isn't there, I ask for help. The general display category is somewhat small. I ask for the specific item. Sometimes it has taken 20 minutes for the salesperson to actually find it. My advice is to avoid concluding that it isn't there until you ask for help. Check the website to see if the item is supposed to be in the store. I suspect it is. Then the treasure hunt begins. Whenever I get a "treasure hunt" store, I vow to never do one of these again. Then the next one turns out to be super easy.
