Consumer Insight....Info Needed Please

After checking through the Search feature, all posts for Consumer Insight that I could find were closed, so I had to start this one.

Can anyone tell me if Consumer Insight still uses the Sassie platform?? I ask because even when checking for jobs through the whole US, there isn't a job listed anywhere. So it made me wonder if they've changed platforms.

Thanks in advance.

That's the same link I have...I guess they just don't have any work right now........anywhere! Thanks for letting me know.
You're welcome. In my area they seem to have only one client and those go out around the first week of the month and they go pretty quick.
I saw the same email from them today with a new roud of these. I would do a few but still have no smartphone and the job requires Geo-Verify.

Edited for spelling and Grammar

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

Do you have a MSPA Silver certification or higher? I perform several jobs for them on a monthly basis but they require certification for self-scheduling. Maybe you can not see certain jobs due to a lack of certification.

Yes, I am MSPA Silver Certified, but still no shops in my area!! Maybe they only concentrate in particular areas. I am in the South. I'll just keep checking periodically.

Which state? Maybe one of us can look in that area. If we can see the shops but you can't then there is something wrong.
I see shops without certification. Some do require Silver certification for self-assign.

Aha! I see those now too! Nothing was showing up a few days ago. So even though they are too far from me to consider, it's good to know I am not being blocked from seeing the shops!! Thanks all!
Does anybody know if this company's payment timeframe has changed? I used to be payed very quickly by them. I was payed withing two weeks for my first couple shops with them. My June shops still say 'payment pending' though.
My last shop for them was in May. Shopped May 2, paid May 6. They normally pay so fast I don't even have their terms noted on my spreadsheet.

Alright. This is my bad. I was confused by the Sassie shop log which showed the shops as not paid. I just checked my Paypal records and they did pay right away in June and July.

I need to get caught up putting my Paypal payments into my spreadsheet.

I just did one of their simple shops requiring a photo of a certain display and a product. I did the same shop a few months a go with no issues. This time both the display and the product were not there. The Sassie form and the guidelines do not address how to handle this issue. I did take two pictures of the general area where the product should have been stocked and emailed the scheduler. I have another one of these shops today. The scheduler replied that I need to take the pictures but was not specific. It's hard to take pictures of something that's not there!

You did what I would have done. In addition to taking a photo of the general area where the missing display should be, I would take a time-stamped photograph of the front of the store. If I could get a picture that included the address, I would feel more comfortable, just to prove I was in the right location at the right store, just in case of a challenge from the manager or whoever.

A picture of the front of the store is required and Geoverify as well. Of course I did all of that.

There should be no problem at all, then. I can't think of anything else you might have done. Let us know how it goes.
I have done the one which requires a photo of the general display and the specific product. Sometimes, even the general display is hard to find. Add that the stores seem to move the general display from one part of the store to another from month to month. After I give up and conclude that the general display isn't there, I ask for help. The general display category is somewhat small. I ask for the specific item. Sometimes it has taken 20 minutes for the salesperson to actually find it. My advice is to avoid concluding that it isn't there until you ask for help. Check the website to see if the item is supposed to be in the store. I suspect it is. Then the treasure hunt begins. Whenever I get a "treasure hunt" store, I vow to never do one of these again. Then the next one turns out to be super easy.

After not finding the item, I did ask for help. The Associate looked up the item on the store's computer and said it was only available for online ordering so it was not in the store. Before doing my second shop at another store nearby, I checked the website myself and it again said it was not available for store pickup and only available to order online. I went to the store and started my search. This time I actually found the item but it was in a weird place, stocked near items from other unlike categories. I got the required pictures this time. Also it appeared that my first shop was accepted as it now shows as received in Sassie. For some reason I got a score of 8 with no explanation as to why.
So, the assignments I have been taking, although they are far and few between are not mystery shopping assignments. They are merchandising; find a display, set it up and fill it up. If it's already set up, fill it up. Get inventory amounts and take pictures. I did the FF one and the guidelines were to find backstock and fill the display. But the survey was as though I was to find the display, set it up and fill it. It's all good, I guess. I am the best and fastest merchandiser in my area and I cannot imagine anything that I did wrong or incomplete. They gave me a score of 9/10 with no explanation. I emailed them asking them what I missed, because if I got a nine I missed something. If they don't answer me I won't be doing their Merchandising! assignments anymore! If I missed something I want/need to fix it. If I miss something for a Company it's a bad mark on me for that Big Box store also and my name with the Client (Should I, and I probably will, send my bio and apply directly!).
