Anyone had trouble with Jancyn?

I tend towards very detailed writing and am finding that if I write with less detail in many reports I get the same grade with a few exceptions.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

No, Austin Mom. I really did want to know if anyone had any problems. And I am doing what I think is appropriate, as I have said. Including from learning here that it is most likely I am having a problem with a specific person rather than the company. I ask that you refrain from further insults please or speculation about my character as severely lacking in this public forum.
There is more context than that overall and you know it. Are there flaming rules on this board?

Would you mind removing this thread. These are negative personal attacks and they don't have anything to do with the question I asked. You can complaint about stupid and dissatisfied shoppers on your own thread?

Never. I even kept a schedulers name and email JIC.

I WISH they had more restaurant jobs like they used too!

U R pretty stupid if U think U own this thread. It is a public forum. anyone reading this forum can post opinion. just because u don't like the posts does not mean the posts are wrong. Time 4 U to find new hobby.
I'm another to add that I never had any problems with Jancyn. They were very accommodating whenever I requested an extension for a shop, payments made in time, emails answered within a reasonable amount of time. I never had any long detailed narratives for their shops. I guess it depended on your area. I don't mean to offend but perhaps the tone of your emails to whoever at Jancyn was offended since we do not know the full details of your experience. I received feedback from proofreaders/editors that were somewhat snarky but polite regarding my reports. I chose to ignore the snarkiness and responded to the corrections that were needed. You have to remember, some people may be communicatively challenged. I think you posted your concerns prematurely before it was resolved properly.
Hi Janet, I reread Austin Mom's post and she did not call you stupid. No post other than yours contained that word. Nowhere did I read that someone wrote your character was severely lacking, either.
I've done several dozen Jancyn jobs for a couple different schedulers. I've had nothing but pleasant exchanges with both ladies. They have been helpful, friendly and extremely professional.

I personally like the audit jobs best, I can be in and out in under an hour even with the new picture requirement. The P&R shops take a bit longer but the report is very easy and takes minutes to complete.
I worked for Jancyn, problem free, for 1 1/2 years but then, unfortunately, my employment with them came to an abrupt end and to date they owe me for quite a few shops.

A generation of two year olds? And I though you had to be 18 to do most mystery shopping.
Anyone wonder why someone creates a subject asking a question then gets their knickers in a knot when the answers are not to their liking? In my not at all humble opinion, the OP decided to go on the offensive and now cries bullying. Perhaps that is the key to understanding her real problem with the MSC.

If you want to go public you need to provide details. If you choose not to provide details it is like saying, "I'll show you mine if you show me yours but I won't really show you mine." If you are doubting how appropriate or inappropriate it is to post about the problem on open forum, go with your gut and don't post anything about the situation. An alternative is to ask advice from another shopper or shoppers privately.

And for the record, any of us can create a thread. After it no longer belongs to us as in your use of "my thread" several times.

JanetP...I just don't like the time they take for the pay. I do wish they would stop sending me emails for them, my only complaint, they don't seem to have anything close by but those.

There is really nothing to answer as you didn't ask a question....having trouble with Jancyn, either tell us or figure it out and report back if you want feedback. Posters are merely talking about their experience, what else would you expect?
