I used to do a few jobs for them. As I recall, several month ago they departed from the IC model, and made everyone become employees......that's when I parted ways with them.
The insight.interactions web site is no longer valid. They changed their IC format to employees in Jan. 2016. In my area, they still do the same shops.
Try to contact the scheduler by email if you did shops for them as an IC before Jan. 2016. There is a long process to get signed up as an employee. The scheduler can direct you to a link to start the process. The fieldlink.interactionsmarketing.com site is somewhat difficult to navigate since they changed the software/format for their shops.
