Marketforce.... half my June accepted shops disappeared?

Hello,
Not sure if this is normal as I have not noticed this in the past. But.... about half of my shops in the Assignment/Receipt status section have vanished. Mostly (3 clients named) shops. All mysteriously gone. I think it is about 16 individual shops that are no longer showing anywhere in my account. Is this normal?

They were all approved without any kind of issue. Thanks in advance if anyone has an answer. I sent MF an email, but haven't heard back yet. Im wondering if its just from when it's close to being payed that the shops start coming off the history as payments are being put together?

Wonder if MF reads this forum. The day after the OP asked this question, MF posted the answer on their website as part of their "Important Messages."

Market Force employees definitely do read this forum. Briefly, at one time not long ago, a MF Shopper Advocate was posting on the forum. Her posts were well thought out and helpful. She abruptly stopped posting, l so I think she was told not to post representing MF. But, yes, they definitely still read here.

This was the first time this happened to me with MFI. Recently, as soon as I received an offer of a bonus, I accepted the shop and I used the link they provided. I received a notice that the assignment was created for me. I noted it on my calendar for July 21st. However, next time I checked, the assignment was gone from my list. I emailed the Help Desk and all they said was it wasn't showing in my assignment list. What happened? Since I was not too crazy to get the shop except for the fact it was bonused, I let it go thinking that they were having a problem with their website lately.

Open assignments will remain on your pending shops log. The discussion here is about completed shops.

Oh, sorry, isaiah58. I misunderstood. Mea Culpa! Still, it was unusual for my assigned shop to disappear from my list without any issue. It was in my assigned log, and they did offer a bonus. And when accepted, they confirmed but it disappeared for no reason. They had no explanation for it. But then again, MFI had been having website problem.

Completed shops disappearing from log simply must be dealth with asap. I would contact Help Desk right away. This is a major issue.

The completed shop list only covers 30 days. We get paid for them regardless of the list status.

Well, regardless, I would still be concerned if some completed shops disappear from my log. There is no guarantee everything will be paid. I had 2 issues recently with error in pay. Your explanation has nothing to do with the assigned bonused shop I mentioned.
