Don Bode, CEO of CRG, recently posted a rash of comments here on the forum on the Church's Chicken thread:

It seemed odd that he made his comments on a thread discussing a client of a different MSC. Since he reads and comments here now, why not PM him and ask him to respond to this thread about CRG?
Because I'd like to see if anyone else is experiencing this in order to glean information that might help.

Why? You seem to have an agenda to challenge Mr. Bode. I do not have that agenda. I would just like to know if this has been happening for other shoppers. For all I know, it could be the new normal. Or, if it is only happening for me, then I know and I can handle it.

Maybe you should take a pill. Jay was trying to be helpful giving you someone to contact. Of course as the CEO stated on another thread many shoppers do it to help the client gain perspective and to just feel good and are not in the business to be paid. So maybe he didn't think you wanted to be paid and were doing the shop to help his client gain perspective and feel good about yourself.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I did not post to incite. I don't turn to a CEO for public resolution or public defense of an unrelated issue. I came here to see if my recent experience was typical. Apparently, no one else is experiencing this, so there's my answer. But a jump to invite a CEO to a verbal ambush (evidenced by language and tone) is not cool.
Did you receive your check yet? I still haven't and have emailed CRG multiple times with no response. I'm not sure what to do next. I can't find a phone number anywhere online. I have multiple shops completed last month and I'm assigned multiple for this month.
Aren't there two CRGs? Like...CRG and CRG PRO and they both have the same acronym but stand for something else? I work for one of the CRGs fairly consistently and the amount paid is at the high end of the industry..3X similar shop to Coyle, etc.

Not yet. Glad, not glad, it's not just me.
I have not been reimbursed/paid for my May and June CRG assignments. When I contacted the company they responded that the checks would be mailed the next day. That was a week and a half ago...I am running out of patience and emailed to let them know. I find this unacceptable.
I finally received my check from May/June on Monday, hopefully everyone else's will arrive today or they have already arrived. Are you going to keep doing assignments for them? I'm not sure if I will.
