Are SeeLevel HX restaurant reports horrible?

Is that actually in the guidelines? I'll have to check next time.
It is much difficult, as I mentioned, with all of the distractions in the report itself. But honestly, with Shop It running to catch the timings there aren't that many observations To make and it's not like I'm glued to my screen.

Are you serious? You try to fill out reports in the middle of a shop? How can you provide accurate observations let alone not realize you are violating your instructions?

The guidelines are spread out throughout there reporting page with huge pictures of the employees in uniforms, storefront and menus. Obnoxious when you are trying to fill it out AND makes it tricky to fill in the questionnaire while dining.

I also wish the would clean up the huge checkbox section. The formatting is horrific, the check boxes don't line up, everything looks askew. It is not organic. It should be nice even columns and rows.

I can't believe I missed this! You aren't serious though right, filling out your report at your table while eating?

This is Sept 2016 and I am replying on comments about Burger shops interest a few months ago. I was going to do a shop for them and the scheduler attached the wrong set of guidelines which I still have in my email. I emailed the scheduler back and he said he did not know what I was talking about. I could not do the shop with another Burger place instructions. I cancelled it I believe and then he posted me as a flake. Perhaps the shoe should be on his foot. I also had one scheduler say I was unprofessional as I had written 3 emails telling them to stop emailing the same email 3-4 times per day. I finally said to deactivate my account as I did not see a link to do so. After I told them to deactivate my account I still got an email from one of the schedulers. I said, DO NOT CONTACT ME ANYMORE.
