If you go to the drop down menu under projects, and choose project history, it shows the date(s) that completed shops are paid.

When I logged onto the new site, that is one of the first things I noticed....I couldn't find my complete pay history!! So I sent them a note....they replied back within a couple of hours....it IS there....here is what you do: go over to the RIGHT side of the page, and click on the small down arrow by your name. Several options show up, including PAYMENT HISTORY.....voila!! There it is!!!
I sent them a note back thanking them for the info, but also asking them HOW is a shopper supposed to find this without asking them about where it is??? Never got an answer back on that one.

I was asked to beta test the new site for The Source, aka Trendsource, and found it disappointing. I do a lot of shops for them, and was looking forward to the new "improved" site. To me, the old format was more useful, and it appeared to me there were only cosmetic changes. I stopped using the new site and will continue using the old one as long as it is available.
I am trying but I feel like the old site had everything there right where you could easily see it or access it on the home page.

I did a shop last week and have not received any feedback. I've checked a few times and it says Feedback NO, Issues NO. Is that how this company always works? Do you ever get feedback?

The only time that I have ever gotten feedback was when they had a question other than that they just verify the shop and move on. I love that system.

No news is good news. I have never gotten anything but Feedback NO, Issues NO.
Calicakes, yes, no news is good goods. You won't hear from them if your report was fine.
They email if they have a question, I do so much work for them, I've had it both ways, as they
printed the wrong address for my last job. I got an email, explained what happened and will get
paid half the fee due, the error was their fault, it said issue yes, resolved. They don't have a rating.
The old site was great, this site is similar.

Payment History is under the "Past Projects" tab. Isn't that where it has always been?

On the new "The Source" website, under the "Projects" tab, there is a "Project History" which shows you your most recent shops, and what they paid. But if you want to see how much you have earned with Trendsource (now "The Source), say, over the past several years, you have to go over to the arrow next to your name on the right side and click on the arrow. Then you will see the option that shows your TOTAL payment history. It is different than seeing your recent project history.
I spoke about a job with the wrong address, so couldn't get it done, and was finally resolved. Pay from them is the 5th, I got my pay from that job today, 9 days early......KUDO's for Trend Source.

Here's a question The new agreement has an option to opt out of their required Arbitration clause (19). Anyone with thoughts if this could be benign or the possibility of getting dropped if you don't agree. And yes, it's not 'legal advice your mileage may vary' obviously. I've never seen an MSC offer an opt-out, it's always accept it or move on.
