I'm sorry but I am in disagreement. Perhaps I am used to the video world where things work a bit differently but the OP in my opinion is owed the entire shop fee. The fault was squarely on the client for not securing the shopper's gate pass. A video msc would have charged the client for a full shop and paid the shopper.
