mVentix - new to this - confused about certification issue

so I just signed up to work for mVentix. I've never done this type of work before and I read all the stuff I had to read and followed the steps. I "accepted" some assignments and then went to take the certification quiz but it isn't there! Each assignment says N/A in the certification field. I called the field hotline only to be told they'd call me back and they never did. I don't want to go to the stores before clearing up this certification thing because I wont get paid if I don't follow the rules, right? Also, each job was posted twice. I accepted them all based on the city,state before realized they had matching street addresses. What's the deal with that?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated considering I can't get any help from mVentix.

If it states N/A under certification I wouldn't worry as long as you can see the guidelines and access the report.

The only issue is having both shops at each location assigned to you. Weird the system would allow. Send them an email requesting the duplicates be removed so you have a paper trail.

mVentix is a most interesting company. They post for that week only and any not completed get reposted the following week. I had a situation where I could not perform a shop when originally scheduled. The answer was surprising. Let the shop go and it would be pulled from my log when it was not completed. I could then assign it to myself again when it posted for the following week!

yes. I canceled them and the re-accepted them to see if that would help. it did not.

When the assignments are listed as new there is a Get Certified link but when you click it the pop up window is blank. once accepted that link vanishes. I wanted to assume there just isn't a need to take the quiz because it seems like such an easy assignment but I don't want to screw myself out of time and money by not being on top of the details.

LisaSTL - thanks for that information. I was starting to feel anxiety about being caught in a scam but if they are lax about things maybe this explains the issue.

I will email them one more time and explain that I will do the assignments, once, sans quiz and take my chances with that I suppose. Like you said, paper trails!
I had the same issue. I emailed support with a screen shot showing no certificate section in the menu. The next day I received a response and was able to view the section.
