FRUSTRATED WITH IPSOS

I have 2 issues thatccant serm to get resolved. I did a bunch of shops requiring reimbursement and contactec the scheduler when the reimbursement was not added to my shop total. She gave me names of people to contact
I emailed one person 3 times with no response. Now the shop has been invoiced without the reimbursement. I contacted another person in charge of the account still no response. The pay on the shop was a pittance. I took it because of the reimbursement of something I could use
Any ideas,how I can call an actual human?

My second issue involves another client. When i requested the shop I made it clear I could only shop on a specific day. The deadline had already passed on tbe posting but I thought i eould help them out and tell them I could do the shop on a day I would be in that town. It was nwvet assigned. AWEEK LATER I get assigned the shop with a deadline I cannot meet. I actually had this happen before but I was able to work the shop in. This time I cannot. I emailed the scheduler....no response. Any idea how to get their attention?

I actually enjoy working for them and find them easy to work with but right now its very frustrating
I still shop for them and have had NO other issues, but did have a serious one last November. I did a shop, but the manager refused the audit. They not only never paid me, the shop completely disappeared from my log. After MANY attempts, I got the AP guy on the phone, and he could not find the shop anywhere. He said he would check on it, then never called me back. I never got paid. I remember it well, as the manager was a transvestite, and quite rude. It was also over 10 miles rt for me. I finally gave up.
Usually when I apply for shops, I get an "assigned" response within a couple of days. But, the last couple of weeks it is taking way longer....and it's soooooooo frustrating. I finally broke down and emailed the scheduler asking if she could let me know, it would be super helpful, so I can plan my routes with other shops, blah, blah, blah, and she assigned me two out of seven :/ I then applied for 14 a few days ago and she assigned me ONE, with 12 still sitting there waiting to be assigned......I don't want to be a total nag and email her again, but this is redonk. I'm getting paranoid. Is she waiting for other people to apply for those shops as backup shoppers and then giving the shops to them? There is only one primary shop request, right? So, all my other rejected requests must go to people who were backup requests. Is there some kind of internal grading system? Maybe I am getting low marks(though, I have never been told of doing anything wrong. I have never had a shop rejected) and so they are giving the shops to higher rated shoppers?? Is my scheduler just overwhelmed and working on how to make these shops self assign?(That's me in dream land)
I could probably eat the reimbursement and decide whether I will, going forward accept shops for them , but I cannot do the shops they have assigned to me. The shops have a window of August 8th thru tbe 13th (I was not assignec until the 9th) and it cleatly states that I agreed to do the shop on the 5th. At the time the ending date was July 30th and passed. When they did not assign me I assumed it was a dead shop. Not only that, I received a group email from the scheduler asking to email her if we want a route. I emailed her on Monday, told her very clearly I could only do the shops that day (I ended up going back to the area for additional work).So she received 2 very definite availabilty windows and ignored them both. I do not want to leave them high and dry but i have previous commitments. All my emails and texts are being ignored.Frustrated.
I requested an assignment from them yesterday. When I was assigned (few hours later) the date was a week later than what I swear I requested. It' an out of town shop so and not cost effective unless I include on an existing route (which was my plan). I contacted the MSC and asked that the date be changed to a week earlier. They changed the date with no hassle at all.

So now I sent a follow up email to inquire as to the status of the situation with the assigned shops am unable to sen emails to that address....so now what. If there is anyone on here from IPSOS or Summitt Scheduling PLEASE HELP
I'm having a similar problem where the fee is "Okay to Pay" but for some reason the reimbursement wasn't added. I sent an email, but nothing yet.
That is my issue . Let me know if it gets resolved. I am more worried about the scheduled shops though. If I dont hear anything by tomorrow I think I am going to contact someone higher up

He was memorable because he was a transvestite and rude, so yes, it has a lot to do with it.

The scheduler dod agree to remove the shops scheduled after I agreed to complete them. I have yet to jear about my reimbursement issue
I am beyond frustrated...the scheduler agreed to remove the shops. She was " doung it right then" (this AM) and they are STILL on my list.

Anyone know who I can contact?
I have the same issue with not being reimbursed for a handful of the same low paying shops you did Adamaimeemom. I sent an email to inquire about missing reimbursement​ from June shops and now I have to do it again for the most recent invoiced shops. I have yet to hear from anyone about the June shops that I send an inquiry about in July.
I was locked out of my account( I guess I forgot my password and tried too many times). I emailed them 2x and no one ever responded. Finally, a scheduler ended up changing my password for me so I could take a shop.

if anyone knows the right person to contact for reimbursement, I'd appreciate the lead. I have several shops that I only received my pay but no reimbursement!! This has been going on for 2 months. I keep emailing the person I am directed that handles payment with never a response. I email my schedulers and they promise to forward the request for payment. NOTHING!!

Oh no. I have 7 shops where the reimbursement was left off. I am in the same boat with many of you.

Well now they have paid me and I still have the reimbursement issue to deal with..at least my scheduling issue has been handled.
I was wondering if Judith@summitscheduling.com was still there. I wrote her a month or two ago about an ongoing issue and never heard anything back.

I still haven't received any response to e-mails about non-reimbursements. Anyone get this resolved? If so, please advice on who to contact. Thank you!
I am now joining all the rest of you who never hear back. I sent an email to the pay issue email address 8/30 about a pay issue. The return said wait 4 days..it is now 6 business days and no response. The invoice in my case was correct but the paypal was for a partial amt. Anyone have a phone number?
Update... I sent an email to Judith at Summit regarding payment issues. She responded right away and said she has heard from several others that there are payment issues and issues with contacting the company. She said she was planning to meet with IPSOS about this in a few days. Well, a few days have passed and today I got my missing payment. Thank you Judith if you are reading here. I never did hear back from the email address Dhavalhs provided above. That was first and second contact.
