Interesting. It was finally approved and marked as "completed". I am still not sure what it means, I was never contacted. It was odd though because this was a shop that went off almost perfectly and without issue. Oh well!
A "Hold" means that EPMS needs to contact the apartment for something. Did you have trouble reaching the target?
I don't know what "Typed" means. I have a "Hold/Mgmt" next to one of mine.
Hi, I had this too on a few of my reports. I sent my scheduler a message asking what it meant. I was told its verbiage used by them to keep track of what reports need to be sent to the client, what need to be sent next and so on. She said that if there was a issue they would contact me so not to worry about it.
Funny enough I posted a message about this exact same thing about two months ago.
