I placed my order on the 16th. Received email confirmation that the order has shipped. Have NOT received the email expected from Chase. That's the email we're waiting on. What I don't understand is, our reports won't show as completed until as long as 30 days from when we originally submitted if Chase never sends the expected email. Hopefully, GFK will make good on payment.
