Sentry payments

I'm just trying to figure out when to expect my payment. I'm done mystery shopping and just want to close everything down. I'm just waiting on Sentry, I did the shops back in June...still waiting. Is this just how they do things? All the other companies I've shopped for give a specific date, Sentry just says "should"....

A shopper put this list together showing MSC pay dates. [www.mysteryshopforum.com]
I've had to wait 3 months for Sentry to pay. They always pay but are slow to do so.

Just out of curiosity, why are you "done with mystery shopping?" There have been many posts explaining we people START mystery shopping but we don't hear too many of why people STOP.
For several months now they have been paying in record time via bill.com. If you contact them directly you might have already had an answer.

Good advice. The note from bill.com is not detailed regarding dates of "Sentry" shop etc. but it is easy to match up the dollar amount. Still waiting on Strategic Reflections and Service Check for July ... (hint out there!)

Shopping SoCal and Maui.
How do you contact them directly? When I click support, it takes me to a different link and asks me to log-in. When I try logging in, I get a message that my password is incorrect. (Despite the fact that I logged into Sentry just fine to click on the support link.) Then I get this email: "Welcome to The Sentry Marketing Group . Please click the link below to create a password and sign-in.
[tsmghelp.zendesk.com];. I click the link and once again it tells me my password is incorrect. Tried clicking on creating an account and it said I already exist. I don't show any payments at bill.com but I should have received one by now. How do I reach them?
Your password is the first two characters of your last name plus the last four digits of your phone number.

Glad to see Im not the only one. I had to look it up because I thought they may have had the wrong info. I thought bill.com was supposed to speed up the process.

Red Lobster and Olive Garden are NOT fine dining!
I personally go in and out with it. Sometimes I'm just bored, overwhelmed with it, want to turn my mind off. I stopped for a while when I lived somewhere that had virtually no shops, and took me a while to get back into it when I moved again. I found mostly it was hard to catch up with who was still around, who ceased, who bought who, and who shopped the new area.

I periodically take a month or two hiatus after something really pisses me off. Ridiculous editor, etc. I say "I'm done, this is ridiculous" but usually come back eventually.
