Quest for Best

Has anyone had problems with one of the schedulers >>> Chuck? He is an older man that sometimes reschedules shops. Lately he has been complaining a lot in his reply to me. I asked 2 days ago to please reschedule. So I helped him out a bit. I declined the shops I had left as he could not reschedule them for me.
When I email to reschedule Nancy always reschedules and Chuck replies that he has rescheduled but he does nothing of the kind. I have caught him not changing dates at all several times. He was actually quite rude to me in the last email this morning.
I also asked him about a place in a certain area that was a station they handle. I put the location and state in the subject line and asked if they would be doing the shops in this location and he asked where? I deleted the email and did not ask again. Bottom line>>>> in my experience, Chuck does very little for Quest and Nancy does it all. And when Chuck says he has rescheduled he hasn't (usually he does nothing)
Thanks for listening. smiling smiley

Nancy can be snotty and give clipped cursory answers- and is not very detail oriented. Trying to get information from them is at times a lesson in frustration. The very few times I have tried to call she gives flip answers and pretty much refuses to talk to shoppers-- insisting on emails even if it is a short termed pressing issue. Still they pay better than MF for the same shop and are not as restrictive in some of the requirements. I think is amusing when she sends out reachout emails that say "SECOND NOTICE" on the headline as if shoppers are at fault for not signing up for shops. They don't keep track of "dark days" very well. Once she sent out a shop invite for the "35th of the month".
