I did a background check for MSI and paid a small fee. I believe it was only $4-$7 for it. I went to sign up for an assignment with GFK... I've never seen anything in my area so I was super stoked to see one worth $95 WOWZA ... but I have to do a background check and drug test. The down side? I have to pay $35 for the background check and then pay for the drug test kit and wait for reimbursement. Worth it, or nah? Seems kinda pricey to me?
PS They reimburse you after you complete 2 audits for them but that could take a while for me.
PPS I have a misdemeanor from 10 years ago when I first turned 18. Young, dumb, and partying too hardy the first time I attended college! Hasn't caused any issues with work but occasionally still comes up. Will they fail me based on that?!?!?
