Problems with Service Evaluation Concepts

I had an assignment with this company that's due today. Last Friday (six days ago), I emailed my scheduler asking a question about the assignment. She didn't reply. I emailed again, and again, and again. I emailed other addresses on the SEC website. I called the SEC phone number. I have not been able to get in touch with ANYONE at this company. I've already spent over $100 of my own money on this assignment, but I can't finish the assignment, because I can't get anyone to answer my questions (I was supposed to go to several locations and purchase several items). I'm ready to just return everything I've bought, and just cancel the assignment and quit this company. I've never had a company be so unresponsive, and I've been doing this for 15 years. Has anyone else had any problems with SEC?

I could be wrong, but I don't think that company exists any longer. I thought that it was sold to another MSC when the owner got sick.

SEC has repeated problems with their website and email systems. This has been the case for years.

I am familiar with the assignment you are talking about. It is a lot of work for the fee you ultimately receive. I did it this year but will never take that gig again, not even for double pay. It simply was not worth it.

I was able to call them and get through yesterday on a different assignment, so I know they are there. They have been sending me emails that are not coming through, so it looks like they are having another communications problem.

Hope this information is of some help to you.
The area where they are located had about 5 inches of rain yesterday and flash flooding all around. Not good for communications equipment.
