Actually, it's editors' job to fix the errors, not to tell shoppers how to spell, punctuate, write, read the questions on the reports, check their answers for continuity, put into the boxes comments that make sense with the questions, etc. That said, plenty of editors do send reviews to shoppers, but it gets old and wastes a lot of time when an editor tells the same shoppers about the same problems repeatedly. The shoppers get paid and get more shops, so they figure WTH. I'm not saying anyone on this board is like that; I'm saying that many years of experience bears out my statements..
