What changed?
I reported a shop on the website this morning and didn't notice anything. I just logged in to see the changes, but I don't see anything different.

This was an incredibly stupid waste of $. The old way functioned fast and was easy to navigate. BIG mistake here.

Thank you. The page for finding shops is especially annyoing now. I liked the old way.

Ok, I applied for participating but did not hear back. The OP and one other responder apparently are either not aware they are part of the test or firg to mention it.

I don't recall signing up for this test website.
When searching for shops on the new site, you only get 10 results per page instead of the usual 50. The worst part is, it doesn't tell you what it pays anymore, until you click open that shop to see. Filling out shop reports is a little easier though, especially with linking pictures now, and it gives you the CPI to fill out at the end, without first asking you if you'd like to.
My problem is that I can't get any assignments from the new website. I select them and choose the date, but I get "This shop is no longer available for you."
From the Eyes On app, I can select the shops, though. However the app doesn't allow me to change the search parameters.

The new website refuses to even load in Chrome for me right now. The 10 shops per page is a major annoyance.
And the type size is so huge it takes much longer to see those ten shops with all the scrolling you have to do.
According to Forrest Gump, Stupid is as Stupid Does. That's merely a way of saying that the results speak for themselves. We'll see what comes of it now, won't we?
The new site is not working at all now. It is down. *sigh
Is there any way to access their 'old' site? I can't get in to print paperwork for any of my assignments...
Is anyone else able to input today's shops? I can log in and see available assignments, but that's all I can do.
I do not see a new website. I am logging into the same website as always with no noticeable changes.
I just sent them an email requesting to be removed from the test. I can't assign shops, I can't sort my current shops into any semblance of order, and reporting shops is tedious.

I was able to do my report with Internet Explorer on the new site but got the same message while trying to assign a shop. The report took even longer with all the scrolling and page turns. It seems that the site was designed for mobile use but it is horrible for the desktop. Still a blank screen logging in on Chrome.
I'm only getting to see 7 shops per page and it's a pain to go through 9 pages to get pass the wireless shops.

Same thing happened to me right after I selected a date. I received an email a few weeks ago that I was selected to beta test the new site and to give feedback. I hate it!

Have spent 10 minutes for it trying to load. as for on a phone forget trying to find a location.
I can report my shops but I'm unable to post my receipts and thus continue to sign the CPI. I've reported to the help desk with no response yet after 24 hrs.
After the last question, click on next, then it brings up the receipt upload page. I found that uploading the receipts didn't work completely. Then I refreshed the page and it took me back to the last question. Clicking next took me to the receipt upload page and there was my receipt ready to be linked. All good after that.
My receipt problem is with the app.
Oh, and the fact that half the shops that show up as available aren't.

Here are a few things I learned about the new website but .... mostly I wanted to pull my hair out..,

1. There is a button to HIDE the map! Hit that and the page FINALLY opens to show you the pay and the usual shop details.
2. If you see a little black X in a box next to the shop, that means you can't have that assignment and you are blocked/because someone else got it or you hit your quota. . Thus, you get "Sorry this assignment is no longer available to you" It frustrated me to no end to select something and it was NOT available. I guess they have not figured out how to remove already selected shops? How did I figure these things out? Certainly not with any assistance. I had to play around and try to get a basic understanding of an entirely new website with no explanations or help.
3. There are now top buttons to select CPI and guidelines. They were not there yesterday.
What I like: I do like the identifiable Logo signs like "favorite burger place" in it's full glory. I like once you get the flow going, it gets easier. I like the little box that pops up to put your burger picture in but they still need to work on a few things.
They make you link your picture with your receipt and that was confusing. If you don't do that ...it will not go through to the submit stage.

My newest frustration: I cannot print the CPI or shop detail. I tried both IE and Chrome. There is no sorting function for assignments. I usually sort them in chronological order so I don't miss a shop date. Today I see 137 available shops, 7 results per page, 20 pages to click through. SIGH!

A local grocery chain shop recently limited shoppers to four per week. No problem (although doing 20 one week was real lucrative). But with the old site, once you hit four, the rest all disappeared. Now they stay there to taunt you.
Also the dates aren't all exactly correct. A Sunday/Saturday availability is showing up with Sunday through Saturday dates.

Once dates is limited to specific Sat/Sun once you click to accept the assignment. I noticed the available grocery shops are red and the green ones are my assigned ones. I usually like changes and updates, but not this one.

Not sure that I follow your steps bluejacket636, but I have no problem getting to the upload screen. My problem is that after I upload I get the following message: "Image upload failed. Please upload your image again." My file is the same format that I have always used. Over 24 hrs now and still no feedback from the help desk, which is very unusual. (???)
