New Market Force website

Okay, I found a work around for uploading receipts. Pdf files WERE accepted in the past. Apparently, if I convert my .pdf file to .jpg format it is accepted by the revised website. Which is interesting since their help page still shows; "Our website accepts JPG, GIF, and PDF files for receipts..."

The new website ..........................................The 10 shops per page is a major annoyance.

@cubbiecat
My newest frustration: ................................. Today I see 137 available shops, 7 results per page, 20 pages to click through. SIGH!

I have been to the "new" website twice since this post was started. I have yet to see anything differentconfused smileyconfused smiley I do not want to assign a shop just to see if the procedure is different. The newness should be obvious for that matter.smiling smiley

So I am saying to you two or more, why cant you change the DISPLAY per page option, on the available shop page?
There is no adjusting the search view and it really is not showing the 20 mile view that I have selected either. It is showing shops out farther than that. This is on the new website. Those on the old cannot see the beta test site and you can choose to see many more shops at a glance.
If you're not seeing anything different, then you're not getting the new website. I'm jealous.
I can completely understand that beta-testing a new site design is going to have problems. I understand that it may take some time for them to process all the issues and work on fixes.

But how about some word from the company that they recognize the problems and will work to fix them? The only response to three emails I've sent is that they cannot switch me back and a generic apology for my problems.
The "NEW" website was released to 500 of their premier shoppers to beta test before rolling it out to all shoppers in the following week, according to a response I received today.

There is no way for us to decline or roll-back to the old site. We did not request to be guinea pig (errr...beta test); they chose us.

I received two very nice response when I pointed out my frustration and issues with the new site. She mentioned they were aware of the glitches and were working on fixing them. One specific issue I had was there was no way to sort the assigned shop. She was appreciative. I am afraid they are not going to fix the 7 per page (I'm jealous of those seeing 10 results per page!)

I ignored the email request to be a beta tester. I was not aware that I was one of their premier shoppers since I do not do much work for them. I don't eat FF at all so I have had myself blocked from all FF and most casual dining shops. It saves me a lot of unnecessary aggravation.

I haven't even tried to log into their website since I don't have any outstanding shops and I am too busy to sign up for any new jobs. Just for @#$%& and giggles, I logged on today and boom; they automatically made me a beta tester. Then an error message pops up saying that my SS# is not valid (the last four digits showing are the correct numbers) and my birth date is now December 31st. FYI, I am not a NYE baby!

Well, I left everything the way it was for now. I won't be taking on any new shops probably for the rest of the year. I do not want to be a guinea pig!
Here are some new insights and revisions to what I said yesterday... (as I stated, every day I go on there, something changes, some things become clearer and some things need work)

1. I change my answer about the little black box with the x. that said you could not have the assignment (if you saw the little black box with the x) Today.. shops free and clear and I could not assign them! "This shop is not available to you" is haunting as another shopper suggested. You can't have it but it still sits there! The old way, when you hit your quota for grocery shops, the rest disappeared. So, as it stands, you waste your time clicking on this one and that one and can't have neither one! tongue sticking out smiley

2. Linking your receipt to pictures. Guess what? You have to link your receipt to the report whether you have a picture or not. If you don't link the receipt to the report, you won't get to the final submission page. Before it was worse; No receipt or explanation of how to get it to them was there.... and/or explained.

Things I don't like: The shops are NOT in chronological order, meaning you have to visually scan all of them to find the ones that are due today...tomorrow..., whereas before, they were in order. That way you did not MISS doing the shop, assuming you like to double check to make sure you DON'T!

A few more things but these are just a few...smiling smiley
I was four questions into the survey, when I saved it and sent an email to the help desk stating that I had this shop and one other, which I would remain committed to doing. After that, I won't be signing for shops until they get THIS system at least as fast as the last system. Mystery shopping relates simply--time is money. Of course I got an automated response to the email that they are running 24 hours behind in answering emails. Yes... again... time is money.
For anyone on the new site that is having troubles assigning a shop, if you use their mobile app Eyes On, you can book those same shops with no problems.

They have been running 24 hours behind since I first signed up with them.
