Ipsos test issue

I took and passed the required test, yet it still comes up that I must take a test. Anyone else having this problem? If so, any suggestion about what I can do or who I can contact? Thanks, as always, fellow shoppers.

If its what I think it is, they changed a requirement recently which changes an answer you took on the test from being right to being wrong, so essentially you have to take it with the new answer for that question. Its annoying, I know.
Seriously??? I've been assigned SEVEN shops and it won't let me fill them in without taking the damn test! I'm losing my mind here!
Right now I'm in a Catch-22 situation--I can't enter either shop I performed today because I keep being told I need to take a test. When I click on the box to take the test, I'm told I already took and passed it--which is why I had to get in touch with the scheduler who got in touch with HER boss who is, I pray, fixing this problem ASAP so I can enter these two (shop description removed) shops and get about the rest of my day! I'm frustrated, angry and impatient.

I've been trying to get this problem fixed for the past week, with no solution.

Sent screen shots to the schedulers, and no resolution.
That's so odd. I had to take the test at the time I applied for the shops, and I overlooked that I can now do 5 shops a day instead of only 4. I immediately figured out what I missed and passed the test...but what you are experiencing is so odd since you already took and passed the test! Both shops are regular box shops?

I resolved this today by contacting Kate Rattner at Ipsos. They had to reset things for me so I could retake the test. I did so, passed, and now all is fine. Kate, you were a Godsend! Thank you so much for helping me today! I was ready to tear all my hair out!
I had the same issue last week. No matter how many times I took the test it kept telling me I had to retake it. I gave up and tried logging in the next day and it resolved on its own luckily.
