shared insights is a 1 man show.. no 1 answers when u call them. stupid facebook messenging is what they do...

I guess every company has to start somewhere, right? Phone calls are more expensive than email (or social media).

I guess I came in too late to the party and didn't see what the OP posted before you replied, PasswordNotFound. I agree with your post: Everybody has to start somewhere.

I'm not sure how many forum members are required to give a "thumbs-down" before a post becomes invisible, but clearly the OP's peers have sent a message that they don't want to see his post.
I guess a lot if people read it and didn't bother responding...just shot the OP down LOL.
Oh and for the record I like SI. I haven't done a lot for them but they responded to my emails in a reasonable amount of time.

It's happened a few times that the OP's message is obliterated, but not the thread or the subject line. And whoever responded first is left holding the bag because it looks like they started the inflammatory thread!

If the whole thread isn't going to be deleted, then maybe just the OP's text could be deleted leaving their name so that there is a small trail of breadcrumbs. In the meantime, be leery of being the first to respond to a post ;-)
