Dynamic Advantage

This appears to be a small MSC based in the Los Angeles area. They also appear to be scheduled via ISS. Does anyone have any experience with them? I just had a shop from mid October refused 13 days after its submission and the reasons (as put forward by Jan Payad of Dynamic Advantage in her email, were vague and unsupported, at best (scenario not "prominently followed"

. Anyone out there with experience with DA?

DA has a prophet type website, and does a lot of entertainment/fun type shops in my Virginia area like trampoline parks, bowling etc. I have worked for them and been paid by them without issue. Just not a lot of experience with them because the shops are not regular things for me. I do know their website is screwy at times, get a certificate error when I try to log in but I just push IGNORE and get in no issue. I never had a shop issue but will say they aren't chatty with feedback, etc. but I never really had to contact them so I can't say about after the shop service. I hope you get some resolution. Did you miss any guidelines?

Maven...thanks for your reply...I don't think I missed any guidelines....it was a purchase and return shop with an audio recording. i just triple checked everything and unless i missed something...I think the shop was completed correctly. I did get some strange verbiage about not completing the scenario correctly...(" the Scenario was not made prominent..."

, whatever that means.....No response from them so far.....

I have completed a number of shops for them a while back. I have had no issue with payment or shops. It's not among my regular MSCs. As a matter of fact, I almost forgot about them. As I recall, I have not had much contact with them except for short emails re additional description of a meal or info on associates or manager of a recreation place. Other than those, they seemed to be problem-free.

I have now had contact from ISS (who schedules Dynamic Advantage shops) and I have reviewed (in detail) the actual written report. There does not appear to be any cause for rejection.
The ISS contact says that the scenario was not followed. The DA contact says the scenario was not "prominently followed" My reading of the report AND the audio recording show the scenario was followed exactly. I am suspicious about why this 'rejection' took 13 days......hmmm....only the 2nd report rejected in 24 years of mystery shopping.....(old dogs/new tricks, and all that rot!)

I've done a few shops with them as well. They used to have an Italian restaurant shop chain regularly but have not seen it lately. One of the easiest reports to do. The delay to edit your report might be an editor thing. It might depend when they have someone available to do them.

I have not shopped for them in quite awhile, but when I did I had a slew of assignments. I always enjoyed the shops, and the level of communication with the company was excellent. Prophet has its issues, but that's the only drawback of working for them in my book.

I did a lot of shops with them without issue when they were primarily using their own Prophet site. Now that they are also using iSecretShop, I haven't done any shops with them. My scheduler, Joan D. was awesome!

I worked for them but not for several years. Even tho I live in their home town they seem to only have a grocery store here. I did really like them back when they had work for me and never had an issue.

I (as well) worked for them years ago when starting. I haven't heard from them, and forgot about them.
I do see them on ISS, but never have anything I'd consider. Good luck.
