HS Brands Movie shop help

They didn't give me a receipt for food once... I still completed the report knowing they will only reimburse me for the tickets.

I bought food at the concession and the register would not print a receipt. I told them I had to have a receipt and so the manager made a handwritten receipt. I remember reading that if you were not provided a receipt, have them handwrite one. That was a good choice! smiling smiley

aayaey, sometimes the MSC will allow for a picture of the items you bought at the concession. Why not take a picture of the food items before you eat them, as well as the receipt? I had a shop at the airport and could not find my coffee shop receipt. I went on my cc company's website and printed the pending charge that had all but the server's name, which I had. I submitted it (covering identifying info) and submitted it with the shop. I received a message to hand write a receipt and submit it. I got paid. That might woprk as well for the future.

They don't allow that anymore. Receipts only. I guess some folks were cheating.

I did the same, and got the same result. The airport MSC works with us.

This was weird ... not sure if it was a fluke? but the last shop I did for them, they did not ask for the receipt for concessions. I swear!
