Gapbusters/dealership

Has anyone done this shop and had difficulty submitting report....site seems to be stuck, any suggestions appreciated. I wrote them, probably will hear today, but since the phone call I got was from Manilla,not sure of
their time.

edited to add..would like replies from those who have done this job...thx.

I have not done of the the dealership shop, but have done a dozen of their dining shop this past year. I'd say about 3 times, I've gotten technical difficulty with their submission form, but I'd email them right away to inform them. Also, I'm not able to access the submission site from my chromebook, and must use my friend's laptop to do so, so that can be a bit of a hassle.

I received a phone call from overseas, I think Malaysia. I also received email and replied and agreed to do a mystery shop at car dealer. I was not able to enter my report and I emailed the person who set up the shop but no response. I drove quite a a distance to go on a test drive but at least I did not spend anything besides time and gas.

I did this shop after receiving same call...it was difficult for me as well to input shop. They will tell you, just keep writing, they will respond, time is a problem dealing with them, however, they were very nice and opened the site...don't give up. You can PM me for more details.

I did a shop in November and they still haven't paid me. I've done plenty of shops for this company before and they always paid me. I filled out a form online and sent them a bunch of emails but no response. This is sickening.

I as well did my Dealership on Nov 1st, and wrote them asking about pay...they said the end of Dec.
I received pay, but not for the added bonus. I (again) wrote and got a sincere apology, but no pay. I will
write again, they still owe me 35.00, admitted it, but are slow. Keep bugging them, but i think it will be on
next months payroll.
