Customer Service Experts (CSE) -- BEWARE! -- unpaid assignments

I've completed several shops for Customer Service Experts (CSE) over the past couple years. While they've required somewhat extensive reports, I enjoyed their assignments, and they had always been reliable for payment. Until now. I have two unpaid assignments from August. After sending several emails, I just heard back that I "should be paid within 30 days". In my opinion, that's just unacceptable for shops that required me to lay out money on their behalf! Have others had similar experiences?

Just curious. You just joined the forum and both threads/posts that you started are negative towards two different MSCs. Did you join the forum just to complain?
BEWARE of newbies who register on the forum just in time to post BEWARE about a company.
While this op might be a troll or complainer, I just want to say over the years I've been shopping for them, they have occasionally missed a reimbursement amount. What MSC hasn't? I send a nice note to the scheduler explaining and I get a nice note back apologizing and the reimbursement will be included in the next pay cycle. It has ALWAYS been true and correct. CSE is a great company, IMHO and experience.
I work closely with CSE and have been for at least 2 years now. All of the staff I interact with were and always is professional and sometimes I even call for those times I need quick clarifications.

Have you tried calling them during business hours to speak to the project manager for those unpaid shops personally, rikkiflitter?

Customer Service Experts is tops in my 10 years of shopping. The schedulers are great, you always are kept up to date. I get a return answer almost immediately when I call or email. All of my narratives receive a 10, yes all.
I know exactly what they want and have learned how to write a narrative because of them. I follow their style of writing narratives and receive 10s from most companies. As you know some companies you can't please. They have never missed a payment to me. I have shopped over 1000 jobs with them.

CSE shops pay 60 days. 9/21 paid 11/7.
I just check my log now an than. I never worry about payment.
Contact them, I am positive that they will pay you if your shop or shops have been completed.
In my experience no, CSE has not been late with payments.
However, if they had and I contacted them, and the scheduler responded with the same answer she gave you, I'd consider that an appropriate response. If 30 days go by and you are still not paid, then you have a problem.
Is it the 30 day wait on an already late payment that is the issue? You could try asking her to please expedite payment since it's already late. She may be able to do that.
The shops I have done for them did not require any reimbursement. They have always paid me on time, and I have gotten some healthy bonuses.

When I see a new poster bad-mouthing an MSC I have been reading the posts for entertainment and laughs then ignoring it. Particularly if it begins with "beware". However, I've decided to take a new approach. If I don't deal with the company I will research it and apply if it appears their type of shops appeal to me. This is the case with Customer Service Experts.

And I couldn't agree more with roflwofl's response.
