Market Force Fast Food Limits

I love Market Force. They're probably my favorite. I just wonder if anyone knows why they are so picky about only allowing one fast food shop per meal period. They often post multiple food opportunities in another city that they are constantly having to raise the fee for since nobody takes them. I'd happily take my wife for an afternoon of fast food feasting and do a ton of shops like I do for the gas stations, but I'm not going to travel out of town just to do one fast food shop and then come back another day for the next one. (Absent pretty high fees, of course).

Market Force and their clients get to set the rules, so it doesn't matter whether they are convenient or not. I don't know about their current fast food, but a former fast food you could not even take another person with you. Their fast casual we usually go together and I order my meal first, then order my companion's meal. That is allowed, though only the first meal on the receipt is reimbursed.

My sense with the 'one per meal period' was both to allow many shoppers the opportunity and to prevent making a run of them to take home and feed the family rather than deal with each shop as a truly independent event. At one time MF even had a limit of I think it was 4 shops per day (as if shoppers did not do more shops than that total per day working with multiple MSCs).
A gas station run is more like an audit. Restaurant clients, in general, are looking for a full evaluation of the food. For example, people who take a small bite of a burger won't discover if it is cooked all the way; one fry isn't sufficient. Remembering all the little details becomes more difficult as similar shops are performed close together. After consuming enough food, evaluating the next meal becomes more and more difficult.

You are more than welcome to line up shops over multiple MSCs.

I've always thought it was because it's really hard to remember details if you went to the same restaurant two times in a few hours. It would be super-easy to get the details crossed in your mind. I always wished that you could submit a report then be allowed to do a second shop during the same meal period.
I get that it doesn't matter if it's convenient or not, but when they're doubling fees to get people to take stuff, you'd think maybe they'd care a little to prevent having to pay out so much (not that any of us are complaining when that happens!). So maybe if they post the jobs and give everyone the opportunity to take one, but then discover nobody is taking them, the rules can be bent. And yeah, most of the fast food shops I do with them allow for someone to come with. Sometimes they can be on your receipt, sometimes not, but company is not usually prohibited!

MF only allows one FF shop per meal period because they are worried about your health. Too much FF is not healthy at all. MF is the company with an artery-clogging heart.
Oddly, they accidentally scheduled me the same location twice today. I didn't feel right going twice, even hours apart so I returned one shop. I put in an offer and both were accepted! Figured they'd call me with a low ball offer but they accepted my $75 on each ask for a deadline shop. It wasn't fast food but I didn't think I could/should do both.

It is my understanding that only one FF Shop (Hedgehog ones) per mealtime are allowed, UNLESS the time frame is 11:00 am to 8 pm. In that case, you must wait a minimum of 30 minutes between shops. I am often asked by a scheduler to do several in a day.

Same here. Those two contradictory rules always confuse me so I asked a scheduler once when she was assigning me several shops in one day and she was confused. She said they have always been allowed to schedule several shops in one day to shoppers. Ever since then, I've gone with what she said and never had a problem. Nearly all of my shops are 11-8 nowdays though so that may explain it.
Fortunately for me, this is coming from someone that enjoys food, I do not have to test the rules for Hedgehog. There is only one location within my radius that is convenient to visit. I do not like their food, nothing they serve appeals to me. I'd prefer going without a meal than force something down from them.

The local shop typically sits on the boards. For a large bonus I'd force myself to go through the motions (a drive thru highly preferred) and meet the minimal requirements by barely sampling whatever items require direct evaluation.
