Reality Based Group pages freezing up

Is there something wrong with Reality Based Group. I log on to Reality Based Group to try to fill out shop review. I have hard time logging in. The page will not come up and if it does then the page freezes and just sits there. I try to upload picture of receipts on form and they will not load. The upload receipts freezes also. and Gamefilm comes up in address bar. Shop due now. What to do?

Have you tried emailing or phoning the company to let them know the problem and why the report is going to be late?

It may be due to the weather. It's raining everywhere and the amount was not predicted. I live approximately 40 miles SW of their headquarters and getting email has been a pain for the last 2 days.

My cell phone and house phone service ain't been all that an a box of cracker jacks either.
