I have used this for several shops that they have had trouble getting done in the past. You make an offer on what you are willing to accept to do the shop and fill out a form stating why you want the amount. Examples are: Rough mountain roads, long distance from where you live, weather conditions, ect.., tell the distance if counting both ways if you cite distance, then they will either accept your offer or reject it.
