Customer Service Experts

Are they known for wanting three novels for a 2 minute phone call?

Submitted the phone call portion of a shop last night & not only were there yes/no & short answer questions but narrative was also required. Ok, I did a brief overview of the call quoting the greeting and closing.........
Nope! Sent back to me wanting "the full story" and "specific detail".

My first time working for this company, have the second part of the shop scheduled for Friday. Is this typical? I don't mind narrative but this shop wasn't paying enough for what they are asking. Should I wait for a hefty bonus in the future or just put them on my "nah" list?

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
You need to literally touch on every question in your narrative; both yes and no. Once you learn what they want, it's pretty easy (as far as narratives go). If you're working the shop I think you are, I have never ever seen them bonused. I consider the narrative comparable to an apartment shop. $35 is a fair price when compared to an apartment shop.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.
Customer Service Experts are a great company to work for. Just answer every yes and no question and put that in your narrative. They are the best to learn from, don't put them down to fast.

No, not a $35 shop
I actually love CSE. Then again, I have a tendency to write too much in my narratives . I usually do two or three shops a month for them. I would so more but those pesky rotation schedules get me everytime!
Voice command software will become your best friend. It's wonderful to be able to ramble into it and just watch and correct punctuation as you go along. Of course, I have a southern drawl and it occasionally writes some strange things so proof read grinning smiley

A lot of the other MSC requires full details of phone calls. Never take any short cuts because they will return your report for corrections. I am assuming that your phone call shop was not a recorded call. They want a full by full play when they ask for narrative.
I added the detail and resubmitted..... graded as a 9. Just submitted the second part & hope they don't edit til Monday as I'm not going to have time on Christmas to make any edits if they seem this report unworthy.
