Marketforce CPI Submission

I need help figuring out how to submit my CPI. I really dislike their website, it's not user friendly at all. Isn't there a way to submit online without downloading the Microsoft doc?

When you are logged in an on the Home Page, you will see a list of all possible actions on the left side of the screen. One of the options is "Submit CPI/Receipts". Click that, then "Submit CPI" that goes with the shop you are working on. It should take you to a page where all you have to do is type in your name and click submit.
Actually the procedure depends on whether you are using their new or old website. In the new version the CPI automatically appears as one if the last steps in report submission.
I haven't seen the new one but it's important to remember too that you only fill out the CPI after you've done the report. All you have to do is type your name and click Submit. You're lucky you missed the print-it-out-sign-then-scan days. smiling smiley
If you use the app (which is so much faster), there is a link right at the end of the report that lets you submit the CPI. Or you can go back to your assignments and choose that option after the report was submitted.
