What's the highest offer Marketforce has accepted from you?

Wow I hadn't noticed the 'make an offer' feature until now. I put in three offers for different wireless shops about an hour ago. Haven't heard back yet, but hoping! I've been signed up with MF for a couple years and have never seen a gas station shop. I put 150 miles in my parameter filter and still don't see one. Are these only available in certain parts of the country?

There aren't any where I live but there's plenty in my parents city.

I put a bid in for a shop but didn't get it. The offer was for >2x their stated fee. I figured I would give it a try to see what would bite.
It's worth the try 7star! I just got approved for one of my three offers. It wasn't too much more than the going price, but it was for the lowest I would do it with the distance and reporting involved. (wireless shop) Still a chance they'll approve the other ones too.
Good going Mspacdreamin ! Next time I bid I will try for less than 2x the fee. Their wireless shops don't pay much at all. I've done a few and for the time and reporting involved it isn't worth it.

Thanks 7star! I haven't done a wireless shop for MF yet but based on ones I've done for other MSCs and based on the quiz that are basically the guidelines, they're starting fee is laughable. Don't settle! Just because they didn't accept it this time doesn't mean they won't next time. A newbie may have picked it up for their base pay this round, but probably won't do it again at that price after doing it. All they can say is no (in the form of not replying to your offer lol), so this thread has empowered me to, at the very least, not accept shops for less than they are worth! I took a chance and offered $100 for a home improvement shop 62 miles away. If they take it, great! If they don't, I'll keep trying!
I have been offered $40 to do their regular $6 burger shops which is about 70km round trip from my home. That's the best offer I've received from them. They regularly offer me the same location for $35. I am ok with that too.
FYI: You can only place 1 offer per listing. I recently placed an offer for a shop on the last possible day it was available The shop date was extended several times. A week after the date picked past I tried to submit another offer but, the system would not allow me.
I never have the Make Offer available but I live in a city with what I assume to be a big shopper pool. That said, I get my bonuses from MF for the opposite of a rural shop. If it's in a part of the city where the parking costs 3 times the fee that limits the pool a bit. I take public transportation so that is not an issue. I think my highest was a restaurant for $30 plus reimbursenent for what is normally an $8 fee plus reimbursement. Reading about all these bigger bonuses gives me the confidence to ask for more in the future.
I have never seen the Make an Offer either but I also live in a big city. And I have not seen shops not being taken at base even in areas where there are parking fees. I take some walking distance from where I work so I guess someone always works and has parking near some of the locations I would have to drive to. I recently discussed parking with two other msc on jobs I have done for them and they would not agree to reimbursing parking fees.
I'm getting good at this. They called me last week to do a shop at a burger place for $12 and I declined and told them I'd do it for $15 they told me the highest they could offer was $14. Well, I politely declined. They called today and offered me $14 I declined and said I would do it for $20. They offered $15 and I stood my ground. They accepted $20!!

I'm slowly working my way up. whoo hoo!
