Confero Payment - should I have it by now?

I have several shops that have been marked "paid" for 1/25, but I still have no payment in my payment account. Is this normal for Confero or should I have my payment already?

Have you checked PayPal? I got my payment from them this week. PayPal even made the payment the same day I requested it. It was in my account the next day.

Yes, I just transferred a payment from another MSC to my bank account from PayPal. Nothing from Confero.
I got paid from them recently too. I actually had that happen to be twice with different MSC. Once with intelli and the other I can't remember. The first one was an oversight on the MSC they never actually processed the payment, I had to call them directly and it was paid the following paid period which really sucked.

The other company, had issued me a check because I had opted out of paypal payments with them which I didn't realize. So check your profile and make sure you have paypal as your payment method.

I've checked my profile. PayPal is definitely my payment method, and the address I'm using for my account is my PayPal email. I guess I'll have to call their accounting department and leave a message, assuming there's no delay with PayPal payments.
Update on this: I called Confero over the weekend and left a message with my shopper ID number explaining the problem. They reissued the payment to me via PayPal with no issue. This issue was resolved in less than a business day and I'll have the money in my bank account by tomorrow.
